3. Purposes of the data processing, legal bases and legitimate interests of Savage Hairline or a third party, as well as categories of recipients
3.1 Visiting our website / application

When you visit our website/application, the browser used on your end device automatically sends information to the server of our website/application and this information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. We have no influence on that. The following information is collected and stored without your influence, until it is automatically deleted:

  • IP address of the internet-enabled device requesting access;
  • Date and time of access;
  • Name and URL of the requested file;
  • Website/application from which access took place (referrer URL);
  • The browser you use and possibly the operating system of your internet-enabled computer, as well as the name of your internet provider.

The legal basis for the processing of the IP address is Article 6 paragraph 1 sub f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is evidenced by the purpose of data collection listed below. We would also like to point out that we cannot directly deduce your identity from the collected data and that we will not do so. The IP address of your end device and the other data mentioned above are only used by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensure the establishment of a trouble-free connection;
  • Ensure comfortable use of our website/application;
  • Analyzing the security and stability of the system.

We also use so-called cookies, tracking tools, targeting methods and social media plug-ins for our website/application. The exact procedures involved here and how your data is used for this purpose are explained in more detail below in point 3.4.

Insofar as you have consented to so-called geolocation in your browser, operating system or in other settings of your terminal device, we will use this function to be able to offer you individual services related to your current location. This is done in the context of searching for packing stations and post offices. We ask separately if we can know this and only if you give permission, we get this information.

The collected GPS data is used exclusively for the relevant services. For this service we use the navigation and location software on your phone, tablet or computer. We have no control over what the creators of this software (such as Google Maps) do with it. Always read their privacy statements.
You can disable this access to the GPS data at any time in your device settings. However, it is then no longer possible to automatically locate and search for a post office/packing station in your area. However, it is still possible to search by entering a zip code or a city. We will only process the location data processed in this way for this function. After use, your data will be deleted.
